What We Do:

Activities:

Annual events include a membership tea, victory brunch, and holiday party. Senate

Jim Gilmore for Senate

Note: At the RPV Convention in May, Jim Gilmore defeated Bob Marshall and will go on to face Mark Warner for the Senate in November.  There is no incumbent, due to the retirement of Senator John Warner, effective at the end of this term. Let's keep Senator John Warner's seat Republican!

House - 8th

Mark Ellmore for Congress

Note: At the June 10th primary, Mark Ellmore defeated Amit Singh and will go on to face Jim Moran for the House of Representatives in November. Congressman Jim Moran is the incumbent. Let's try to turn the 8th district into a Republican pickup this November!

House - 10th

Frank Wolf for Congress

Note: At the June 10th primary, Frank Wolf defeated Vern McKinley and will go on to face Judy Feder for the House of Representatives in November. Congressman Frank Wolf is the incumbent. Let's keep Congressman Wolf in his office and retain his seat as Republican!

House - 11th

Keith Fimian for Congress

Note: Keith Fimian did not have a primary opponent on June 10th and will go on to face Gerry Connolly for the House of Representatives in November. There is no incumbent, as the seat is being vacated due to the retirement of Congressman Tom Davis, effective at the end of this term. Let's keep Congressman Tom Davis' seat Republican!

Announcements/Notes:

Note for NPRW Members - June 13, 2008 - Re: The Calculating Club Campaign Hours Form.

Instructions for the form: The form we have comes to us from the Mamie Eisenhower Republican Women's Club, hence the name at the top. This name has caused a little confusion, because some members may have thought that the form is related to the Mamie Eisenhower Project. It isn't related to that Project. It is a general form for keeping track of the time you spent working for campaigns, at the polls, or doing similar things that the club gets credit for. Please download the form, write NPRW at the top, write your name on the top, and keep track of your individual hours. It's easier to keep track of your hours all along than it is to try to remember all you did at the end of the month or, even worse, at the end of the year! Thank you for all your volunteer efforts on behalf of Republican candidates.
